The whole experience was *stellar*.  They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. Beautiful chair. It's high quality from the frame to the leather to the pushback mechanism. It's very smooth. The leather is soft and the cushions are firm but not hard so you feel very well supported. I'm very happy with my purchase and working with Modern Bungalow was great. I had reservations about ordering a chair from Colorado when I lived in Southern California, but the owners of Modern Bungalow made the process smooth and simple from cradle to grave. Highly recommend
