SUPERIOR customer service!! I purchased a couple of custom Arroyo Craftsman lights for my new home from Modern Bungalow online. The whole experience was *stellar*.  They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. I will definitely order from them again and can't wait to get my new lights installed!

We purchased our house number sign from Modern Bungalow. We live in Wisconsin. My parents visited the shop while in Denver for a trip. Both via the internet and in the shop the owners were helpful and friendly. The house number sign is gorgeous! I have not seen another like it!

Modern Bungalow was great to work with. Their customer satisfaction is upmost. I made a major mistake on a custom order and yet they were willing to work with me. As it turned out my mistake complimented my room in a way I hadn't expected. The order was through Simply Amish. Some of their options are not shown, and that's where I made my mistake.And I put down the wrong stain, but it works beautifully. They also worked with me on an extended delivery date, as our newly constructed house was way behind schedule.

I am an interior designer and I bought an art tile from Modern Bungalow for a friend of mine who is an accomplished artist. The tile was absolutely beautiful, the packaging was also very well done. I did talk to customer service before I placed my order and they were very helpful.

The gingko sage rug is even more beautiful than we imagined. Soft, well-made and we are sure it will last a lifetime! It is perfect for our 1930's bungalow! Thank you for your helpful service and speedy delivery!
