SUPERIOR customer service!! I purchased a couple of custom Arroyo Craftsman lights for my new home from Modern Bungalow online. The whole experience was *stellar*.  They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. I will definitely order from them again and can't wait to get my new lights installed!

I bought 2 amazing, beautiful rugs. They arrived promptly along with only 1 of the 2 rug pads. Katie in customer service was wonderful to work with in tracking down the missing pad in the pre Christmas shipping mess and sorting out the problem. I will definitely work with them again! I love my new rugs!

I ordered a table from Modern Bungalow to go with some antique chairs that I own that have been in the family for five generations. Matt and Betsy were so kind, enthusiastic and helpful! It was difficult to match the finish color due to the age of the wood. They had a great suggestion. My table is beautiful! It goes so well with the chairs. Modern Bungalow was great to work with. Their customer satisfaction is upmost. I made a major mistake on a custom order and yet they were willing to work with me. As it turned out my mistake complimented my room in a way I hadn't expected. The order was through Simply Amish. Some of their options are not shown, and that's where I made my mistake.And I put down the wrong stain, but it works beautifully. They also worked with me on an extended delivery date, as our newly constructed house was way behind schedule.

After waiting for months for a national online business to fulfill a custom lighting order, we cancelled it in disgust. We then placed the same order with Modern Bungalow, and have nothing but good to say about the experience. The folks at MB were helpful and communicative, and the order (which had a long lead time, like many furnishings nowadays) arrived today, weeks early! We will have no hesitation to use MB for future business. Sometimes local sourcing really IS the best way to go, and we support Modern Bungalow!
