There are several ways that you can order from us. Please see your options below. Be aware that many of our products are hand-made to order and may take several weeks or months for you to get. How To Order Option 1: Use the Secure Online ORDER FORM Open ORDER FORM by clicking here. Browse for the items you are interested in on our web site and type in the form fields with the item number, item description, options (if any), quantity, and item price. Include sales tax (for CO) and shipping costs (see chart to the right). Or, we can calculate the tax and shipping for you. When the form is complete, click on "SUBMIT" to send your order. If you prefer not to include your credit card information, we will call you for your credit card information or we will wait for your check to arrive (checks will need to clear before we can process your order). Please indicate if you will be paying by check or credit card. You may also print this form out, complete it and fax it to us at 303-300-5154. Option 2: Download a .PDF version of ORDER FORM by Clicking Here. Once downloaded, print a copy of this form. Locate the items that you are interested in within this web site and simply fill in the form with the item number, item description, options (if offered), quantity, and cost. ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS Some light or small items over $125.01 will not require the full 15% shipping cost indicated above. You will always be charged the lowest shipping price possible... up to 15%. We will add sales tax and local taxes on orders shipped to Denver, Colorado addresses (7.72%). Colorado sales tax outside of Denver is calculated based on your delivery address. Furniture Shipping Due to recent fuel increases and changes in various shipping services, all furniture items will have shipping charges quoted based on your Zip code, item size and weight and type of delivery (residential or commercial). We will get a shipping quote for these items and notify you before you are ever charged. Note: It's always cheaper to have furniture items shipped to a commercial loading dock where you can pick them up. Or, plan ahead and be prepared to take tailgate delivery from the truck. "White Glove" furniture delivery services are notoriously expensive, especially if there are any stairs involved. Additional Freight Some items may have an additional freight charge over standard shipping costs or may require alternative shipping methods.
